Mental 360 is seeking an exceptional senior impact leader to design and lead our Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Impact (MERI) function as the organization enters its next phase of national scale.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building robust impact systems, strengthening institutional accountability, and ensuring data-driven decision making across all programs.
The Head of MERI will architect the organization’s impact framework, oversee monitoring and evaluation systems, guide research initiatives, and translate data into strategic insight that strengthens program effectiveness and long-term impact.
Who We Are Looking For
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience leading Monitoring & Evaluation or impact systems in complex, multi-site and donor-funded environments
- Proven experience building and scaling M&E systems within growing organizations
- Strong quantitative analysis and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience supporting scale, replication, or national program expansion is an advantage
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
