WE ARE HIRING: COUNSELLOR
📍 Location: Mombasa / Kilifi

Mental 360 is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced
Counsellor to join our growing mental health team. If you are
passionate about improving lives through quality mental health care and
psychosocial support, we invite you to apply.

Key Requirements

• Must hold a valid license from the Counsellors and Psychologists Board (CPB).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in counselling or mental health service delivery.
• Must currently reside in Mombasa or Kilifi County.
• Demonstrated experience in providing clinical counselling and managing diverse client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and case documentation skills.
• Experience working with young people and community-based mental health programmes will be an added advantage.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual counselling and psychosocial support services to clients.
• Conduct client assessments, develop safety plans, and facilitate referrals where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records and case documentation.
• Participate in case reviews, clinical supervision, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Support mental health awareness campaigns, outreach activities, and community engagement initiatives as required.
